Understanding the Business and Its Goals

  • Comprehensive Analysis: This begins by conducting a thorough analysis of the business, including its products or services, target market, competition, and current marketing strategies. This holistic view helps identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats ( the famous SWOT analysis) within the market context.
  • Defining Business Objectives: Working closely with business owners to clarify their short-term and long-term objectives. Whether it’s increasing brand awareness, increasing sales, entering new markets, or improving customer retention, understanding these goals is crucial for developing effective strategies.
